Contest Rules
- "We" , "our" and "us" in these rules means Dependable Solutions
Inc. and PlanYourFishingTrip.com
- Contestants must be 18 years of age or older at time of
entry.
- Contestants must supply first & last name and an e-mail
address that is valid for the duration of the contest.
- Only one regular entry per person. A person can qualify for
bonus entries by refering friends to this contest. Full
details are given after signing up for the contest.
- Contestants agree to receive e-mail from us including
advertisements sent by us on behalf of our clients. Contestants
agree to open at least one e-mail per month from us.
- Only one prize will be awarded which is a certificate for a
trip for 2 to any of the ten lakes serviced by Mikisew Sportfishing
subject to availability. See Mikisew Sportfishing's website for the list
of lakes.
- The prize is awarded as is. While Mikisew Sportfishing has a history of satisfied customers, we make no warranty as to the
services provided by Mikisew Sportfishing, or anything beyond our
reasonable control.
- Winners will be selected from information available to us which includes, but is not limited to, our databases. We use software we believe will record our contestants wishes including contest entry and friend referral however, errors do occur. Such errors may include but not be limited to: server problems, you not receiving confirmation e-mail(s), internet traffic problems. Our system is set up to notify you by e-mail for each entry and bonus entry, so if you have not received the entries you think you should have please contact us.
- Before being declared a prize winner, each eligible contestant
must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing
question asked by telephone or email at a time mutually convenient
to the eligible contestant and the us or our agent. Second,
each such eligible contestant (and travel companion, where
applicable) must sign our release confirming acceptance of each
prize awarded and releasing us, and others named in the release,
from all liability that may arise in relation to the participation
in the contest and the acceptance and use of any prize
awarded.
- Winner is responsible to provide their own transportation to
Fort McMurray and supply their own items as recommended in
Mikisew Sportfishing's list.
- Prize cannot be sold or otherwise transferred without the
expressed written consent of Mikisew Sport Fishing.
- Prize must be used in 2008. Any extension will be at the sole
discretion of Mikisew Sportfishing.
- Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- These rules subject to change without notice. The official

- Persons who, in our sole opinion, we find cheating or attemting
to manipulate the fair selection process will be disqualified from
the contest.
- No employee or owner or direct family members of owners or
employees of Mikisew Sportfishing or Dependable Solutions Inc. are
eligible to receive a prize.
- Contest closes May 15, 2008 at 1200 hrs. Mountain Time.
- Winner will have 7 days from the first winner notification e-mail we send themto claim thier prize or they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be picked. This is done so we can award the prize in a timely fashion.
- Winner agrees to allow us to use their name, city, state,
country and photos in promotional material. Winner agrees to
provide us with, in our opinion, an acceptable
photo of themself.
